孙俊祖，男，山东烟台人，中共党员，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师，注册工程师，现任suncitygroup太阳新城副院长。本硕博均毕业于东南大学，具有丰富工程经历，主持省级以上纵向项目3项，承担国家重点研发计划子课题等多项前沿项目，完成多个服务地方横向项目，既有研究包括：（1）新型海洋结构的开发：结合涉海基础设施的发展需求，开发海水海砂混凝土、耐腐蚀FRP组合结构在跨海大桥桥墩、海上风电机组塔筒等的应用技术；（2）废旧材料的再生利用技术：结合各种类型的建筑固废、沥青铣刨料、钢渣等废旧材料的处理需求，开发大掺量再生利用技术；（3）智能路面材料的开发：结合智慧道路的发展需求，开发具有自感知、自修复、自适应的新型路面材料。
